Invasion of the Neptune Men

The Japanese action hero Space Chief does battle with his arch-enemies: the Neptune Men!

....Who, quite frankly, make the chicken-men of Krankor look super competant and dignified. I mean, really, the Neptune Men have no faces, they don't speak--except once via recording--they look stupid, they move stiff and slowly, have no powers.... It boggles the mind that anyone would put these clowns into what wants to be an action movie. The badies of an action movie are supposed to be there to make the hero look good. Space Cheif....Chief, whoever...doesn't look good while fighting the Neptune Men. Their fights are not filled with action... Nick and Kevin from Hobgoblins had a more pulse-pounding action sequence than anything in this movie!

...Oh, and according to a poster I found on the internet, Lower-Atmosphere Chief has a bright yellow outfit. Yeah...
