Cal vs the Palindrome

John Calvin Coolidge--JCC or just Cal to his friends--leaps into action to save a lovely young lady from the coils of a hungry Palindrome--a supernatural two-headed snake! Of course, if Cal were as sharp and observant as he thinks he is, he would have noticed that the 'lovely young lady' is actually a Naga. A venomous Naga, at that. He's in for a bit of a shock... There ought to be a rule against damsels in distress being more dangerous than that was distressing them...

I do have a backstory for this picture--involving a goth kid's mini-shrine to the snake-god Set and a colony of magic-weilding rats--but its long and convoluted and more than a little silly. So just enjoy the picture for what it is...
